"ROYAL SENTINEL" Great Blue Heron
1999 Tupelo wood, copper, resin, manzenita burl, acrylic Dimensions: 8" w x 4" d x 10 1/2" h The one-forth life-size Great Blue Heron is carved from tupelo wood. The painting is done with many thin washes of acrylic. The legs and feet are constructed of copper tubing and resin. The base is a manzenita burl textured and painted with acrylic. |
